Summary
The former site of the controversial Atomic Weapons Establishment in Cardiff has been sold for more than pounds 18m. Up to 350 homes will go on the last major development location in north Cardiff after a four-year effort to dispose of the land.
Property consultants King Sturge, acting for Defence Estates, disposed of the 15.8 acre site to house-builders George Wimpey, which in turn has sold on half the site to Barratt (South Wales) Ltd.See the full content of this document
