Summary
Last week the Echo published an article regarding 85-year-old Albert Mitchell, an inmate of Hillcrest Nursing Home, who arrived at the University Hospital of Wales with decayed food in his mouth, pressure sores and an excrement-encrusted catheter, and who later died.
