Christian Malcolm has vowed to help Cardiff Athletic Club's promotion bid this season. The Newport-based sprinter who has suffered a string of injuries which have severely curtailed his medal-winning prospects over the last couple of years, has rarely been available for selection by his club for their British Athletics League (BAL) matches during that time because of Grand Prix and major championships commitments as well as injuries.
