Summary
Known as 'Peerless' Jim Driscoll, the Welsh boxer was elected to the Ring Magazine Boxing Hall of Fame in 1956. He was born into poverty in Cardiff's Docks as one of five children and his father was knocked down and killed in a goods yards when Jim was just seven months old.
