FOLLOW the Great Welsh Leek Relay from Bangor to the start of Bridgend's "Feastival" alternative food festival at lunchtime on Friday, September 30.

Double Olympian marathon runner Steve Brace heads elite athletes who will run, cycle and swim the leek and said: "It was such an unusual thing to do and a great way to promote the beauty of Wales while raising awareness of food miles."
