Summary
Recently my two-year-old daughter was taken ill. I drove Mollie straight to Rookwood Hospital not knowing that the out-of-hours service had changed. There was a poster displaying the out of hours number and I eventually got through at 2.36pm. I was told there was a slight delay and someone would call me back.
At 5.30pm I rang them again and I was told to be patient and that we were moving to the top of the list!See the full content of this document
