Summary
ON Monday, October 13, together with my son and daughter -in- law, we came to visit what we were told was your lovely and friendly city.
On entering the city it was a little difficult to find our way to park due to road closures and construction restrictions. After some time we found ourselves in a street going up to the rear of Marks and Spencer's. A line of traffic was parked along the right-hand side of the road and we saw a space opposite a large church, as it happened standing right by the spot was a city traffic warden.See the full content of this document
