PROVING that it's not just in the popular New York based sit-com that 'Friends' all live within a stone's throw of each other, a new development in the Cynon Valley is reflecting the trend. Maes Y Ffynnon, a development in Abercynon by Barratt South Wales, has attracted nine friends, all in their 20s, to buy a new home and start living the Manhattan dream in Wales through the developer's Head Start scheme.
Making it possible for first-time buyers to get onto the property ladder, they were able to pay 85% of the asking price with a far more affordable 5% deposit.See the full content of this document
