Dad-of-three Ralph Jones is preparing to run his third London marathon for a cancer charity.

Raising vital funds is his way of showing gratitude for the recovery of daughter Cara, now 26. This year he is supporting Children with Leukaemia and hopes to raise pounds 1,500 towards research and the support of children and their families.
