Diners had a nasty shock as they sat down to eat at a popular city centre pub - an infestation of MICE. Customers at Wetherspoon's Central Bar, in Windsor Place, just off Queen Street, Cardiff, said customers fled their tables as they spotted the rodents scurrying across the floor. Customer Tim Farr, 30, of Cathays, Cardiff, said: 'I saw something small shoot across the floor under another table. It turned out to be a mouse!' Customers at The Central Bar in Windsor Place, Cardiff, spotted the furry rodents running throughout the premises but had no idea where they are coming from. Tim Farr, 30, of Pentyrch Street, Cathays, Cardiff, holds regular meetings at the JD Wetherspoon pub with members of Timeless - a Doctor Who appreciation society. On Tuesday night Mr Farr, a VAT advisor for the Inland Revenue, was there with three other members of the group. He said: 'We were sat at a table upstairs and I saw something little shoot across the floor, away from me under another table.

'I didn't think anything of it until a friend said, 'Did you see that? It was a mouse'.'
