Summary
I am writing regarding a comment made by James Fussell, councillor for St Martin's ward in Caerphilly. The Echo reported a car accident on Caerphilly Mountain on Thursday December 9 where a lady died. That night, due to the accident, Mr Fussell was diverted off the mountain by the Travellers Rest. He said that he would not describe the road as dangerous and that it did not have a history of serious collisions although at certain junctions there had been the odd shunt.
Until recently, my family had lived on the top of Caerphilly Mountain for seven years and wished I had kept a record of all the accidents that occurred, sometimes three a week.See the full content of this document
