Summary
Police failed to act on warnings about the violent sexual behaviour of Karen Dewar's killer, it has emerged. The 16-year-old complained to the police about her Welsh attacker Colyn Evans just hours before her death, while a mother warned the police 45 times about his behaviour towards her eight-year-old son.
