One month on from the death of a little boy in South Wales' worst e.coli outbreak, lessons are still to be learned. That's the verdict of Sharon Mills, whose five-year-old son Mason Jones was the only person to die out of 161 affected by the food poisoning bug.

Mason, from Deri, near Bargoed, died on October 4, while being treated at Bristol Children's Hospital.
