"Working for the Energy Saving Trust means that I"m always really busy, travelling all over Wales and sampling quite a few restaurants. My favourite is certainly Ichiban in Roath.

"Japanese food is so simple yet so many places get it wrong, but at Ichiban it's really tasty. They do fantastic sushi which I love. So many places in Cardiff now offer sushi but at Ichiban it is amongst the best I have tasted.
