I am sure that I must be among thousands who agree with LJ Rice with regards to the new council banding (Viewpoints, September 17). It is a farce. Why does it cost more to remove a bag of rubbish from outside my house in Fairwater than it does in any other part of the city?

It doesn't, it's just another way of us contributing to AMs' wages. Let's all stick together and refuse to pay. They can't put us all in prison.
