TWO cases of clinical negligence were wrongly attributed to the former North Glamorgan NHS Trust in yesterday's Echo.

The claims related to compensation of pounds 3.6m for failing to recognise abnormalities in foetal heart rate and pounds 959,081 for not recognising an injury to the popliteal artery in a patient's knee.
