THE comment of Cardiff council leader Rodney Berman - that we should wait for detailed proposals over replacement school (Echo September 15) - beggars belief. Anyone with a knowledge of schools would know that a school head could not possibly allow the general public (over whom he/she has no control) access to buildings occupied by pupils during school hours.
This inevitably means that shared school and community facilities would be out of bounds to the public during school hours.See the full content of this document
