Penn Meets Standard

Summary


Richard Penn has been appointed as the National Assembly's first Commissioner for Standards. Mr Penn, who hails from South Wales and lives in Penarth, is a former chief executive of Bradford City Council.

Assembly Presiding Officer Lord Dafydd Elis-Thomas said: 'Mr Penn has had a distinguished career, including five years supporting both myself and the standards committee, as the assembly's independent adviser on standards.
