ANTI-CAPITALIST protesters retreated to a "safe zone" over the weekend after a second attempt to set up camp in the city centre failed.
Around 30 Occupy Cardiff activists gathered near the Motorpoint Arena on Saturday in a bid to stage a demonstration against banking and big business. But their planned camp-out on the privately-owned green outside the St David's shopping complex, near Cineworld, failed to materialise when police arrived at the scene.See the full content of this document
