The man who caused the deaths of 10 people in the Selby rail crash after falling asleep while driving is moving to Wales - to study art. Gary Hart plans to start a new life after being released two-and-a-half years into a five-year jail sentence for dangerous driving.

In a BBC documentary about the tragedy, One Life: Asleep At The Wheel, screened last night, 40-year-old Hart revealed he has been accepted on a fine art course at a Welsh university.
