A REPORT in the Echo states it is likely to take 14 years to repair our weather-damaged road surfaces ("Long road to repairs", March 31)!
In the light of this, I am wondering why the council is spending an extortionate amount of our money on: The A470 - Manor Way, erecting a concrete barrier down the middle of the road - for what purpose exactly?
