Cardiff's Lord Mayor Jacqui Gasson dressed in a sari to welcome Pakistan High Commissioner Dr Maleeha Lodhi to the City Hall. Dr Lodhi, a former Ambassador to the United States, was among 500 guests present at a lunch in honour of Pakistan organised by the United International Community Forum.
