Summary


A CARDIFF Schools Champions silver medal from 1904-05 has been on sale - believed to be the one given to Willie Cornish when he appeared in the Grange side that won Division One and received the Duncan Shield.

The Cornishes were a famous family with four brothers appearing for the Cardiff senior team and Arthur winning 10 Wales caps in the 1920s, while Willie captained Cardiff Athletic in 1923-24 as well as playing 167 times for the first team.
