Hospitals in Wales are worse than they were before devolution, according to a new report. The number of people waiting for hospital treatment for more than six months has risen from 6,000 in 1997 to 68,000 today.
The report by academics at the University of Nottingham also found that the service is suffering from 'ongoing financial problems and poor distribution'.See the full content of this document
