A public meeting is being held to decide if residents are happy with modified speed bumps on their estate. Sixteen 'rubber-like' speed cushions in Circle Way West, Llanedeyrn, Cardiff, have been replaced with lower tarmac versions after months of protests by locals claiming they caused back problems for drivers while motorcyclists used them as jumps.
