A REPORT in the Echo (September 4) told of the Assembly spending pounds 1,600 to send staff on a two-day trip to build a raft and practise archery, while another report (September 9), tells us that the same Assembly spends pounds 15,696 a month on Blackberry devices for Ministers and staff.
Will the Assembly First Minister explain what benefit the people of Wales will get from this expenditure? Governments coped before Blackberries were invented so why does this pretend Government waste taxpayers' money?
