THE anniversary of the Great War is a sad occasion. My father served in the Welch Regiment from 1914 until the 1920s.
He was wounded on three occasions. Also he lost three brothers as well as one badly wounded and one missing. Did they make these sacrifices so that many ex-servicemen today are the lowest paid pensioners in Europe?See the full content of this document
