A BAN on children and teenagers using sunbeds came a step closer yesterday as a Welsh MP's Bill passed the Commons stages.

Julie Morgan's Private Member's Bill, which would ban under-18s from using sunbeds and rid the high street of unmanned tanning salons, must now clear the House of Lords before the general election.
