Summary
It's typical of the doom-laden Welsh that they will wake up on a bright and sunny morning and predict that it will rain. As a people, we are quick to criticise and condemn, but painfully slow to praise. I have watched coverage of the opening of the Millennium Centre in Cardiff with mounting anger and frustration.
