Summary
It's been an exhausting week. I've started my gym routine again after it had been laid to rest for several months. I'm not sure what prompted me to get back to it. Perhaps subconsciously I wanted the perfect beach body for a future holiday or most likely felt guilty seeing the unused gym membership eating away at my bank account!
Whatever my reasons, it hasn't been easy experiencing the joys of exercise. My gym sessions usually start on the treadmill, where I resemble a frantic hamster spinning in its wheel.
