Blues hooker Rhys Thomas has admitted his international call-up will only really sink in this week.Thomas was selected for the tour of north America almost two weeks ago and joins up with the rest of the party this week to start preparing for their transatlantic adventure.

The 22-year-old Cynon Valley product has been handed his chance after injuries to Steve Jones and Robin McBryde and is one of three hookers in Mike Ruddock's squad.
