Summary
Runners are being challenged to test their endurance on a gruelling 18-mile Roman Run. Organised by The Tydfillians group in Merthyr Tydfil, the route between the forts of Roman legions from Brecon to Cyfarthfa Castle, Merthyr, is said to be harder than any marathon.
