A bar wants the right to let revellers in after 2.30am because of a legal loophole with the smoking ban.

Owners of the York Cafe Bar, in Wyndham Street, Bridgend, has proposed to the council that a condition stopping them allowing people in after 2.30am should be scrapped because when people go out for a late cigarette they can't come back in.
