A pounds 14bn bid to bring a unique defence training academy to South Wales has received the unanimous support of a powerful council committee. The plan to set up the academy at RAF St Athan in the Vale of Glamorgan would represent the biggest single investment ever made in Wales and create thousands of jobs.
The public will now have a chance to see and comment on the scheme, which has been drawn up by a consortium of world class organisations called Metrix.See the full content of this document
