WERE you one of the shoppers stuck in the car park at Llanishen Retail Park on November 26? Admittedly it had started to snow but when I finally got out, the traffic in Ty Glas Avenue was no worse than usual. It took me an hour and a half to get out of the car park. I repeat an hour and a half.
Shoppers were asking workers in the shops if there was anyone in charge of the car park but there appears to be no-one with responsibility for traffic management.See the full content of this document
