TRIBUTES were paid today to the renowned classical composer, South Wales-born Alun Hoddinott who has died aged 78.
Mr Hoddinott, who was born in Bargoed, achieved national recognition in 1954 when his first major composition, the Clarinet Concerto, was performed at the CheltenhamFestival.See the full content of this document
