THE proposed closure of Cardiff's only mental health day centres has prompted concern - but the council insists service users will not see any "overall reduction" in their support.
The Cardiff council-run centres in Meteor Street, Adamsdown, and Ty Canna, Market Road, Canton, which have 126 service users collectively, have been earmarked for closure, a move which would save pounds 30,000.See the full content of this document
