Shamrock Coaches owners Clayton and Alison Jones could lose their operating licence after Government inspectors declared maintenance of buses at one of their depots was 'dangerously' lax.

The couple face being disqualified from holding or obtaining coach operator licences if deputy Traffic Commissioner Alan Jenkins upholds disciplinary action over alleged defects with maintenance by Jones Motors (Shamrock), Eros Travel, also of Pontypridd and Wales, and the Marches bus company of Ynysybwl.
