Pupils walking to and from Wales' largest school are to get safety barriers to help them cross a busy road, seven years after concerns were first raised. Local campaigners have warned that children leaving the subway opposite Whitchurch High School, in Cardiff, are in danger of being knocked down as their view of the slip road is blocked by a hedge.
