Summary
On April 7 my son went to WH Smiths, Queen Street, Cardiff, to look at some CDs, only to be tapped on the shoulder and told to put the CD down and leave the shop. When my son asked why, he received no answer. My son had money to pay for this particular item. He is not a thief. This is an infringement of his rights. Is this how Smiths treat genuine people?
