FOR the umpteenth time, the completion of the cycle and walkway to and from the barrage has been scuppered.
This time it has cost the Marie Curie Hospice in Penarth not only the headache of cancelling the "Diamonds at Dusk" sponsored walk scheduled for June 21, but the subsequent loss of a great deal of money which would have been raised.See the full content of this document
