A mother who called the out-of-hours GP service when her son was having an asthma attack claims she waited five hours for help. Debbie Williams, of Brachdy Close, Rumney, Cardiff, rang the phone line at 5pm on Sunday when five-year-old, Mitchell - who has mild asthma - developed a wheezy chest and a cough.
