Summary
A political war of words has broken out over a survey which appeared to show Cardiff council staff are now less happy in their work than under the previous rule. Ruling Liberal Democrats and opposition Labour councillors clashed after the survey results were published. Labour said that they were a condemnation of the Lib Dems.
But council leader Rodney Berman claimed staff were prouder to work for the council than in 2003 when Russell Goodway's Labour administration ran the authority.See the full content of this document
