John Toshack today paid tribute to George Best by labelling him the 'number one footballer in the world'. And the Wales manager stressed that the Manchester United and Northern Ireland legend, who is clinging onto life today after succumbing to a lung infection in hospital, would have quite simply been priceless in today's market.
