Police in South Wales have been armed with controversial Taser stun guns. Specially-trained officers were equipped with the guns, which can fire a 50,000-volt charge, this week. The move makes South Wales Police the third Welsh force to introduce Taser guns. Gwent Police armed officers with them in August.
